mba市农村自我养老促进对策研究

现如今，中国社会的老龄化已然如履薄冰，养老成为一个重要话题。虽然国家在面对老龄化问题上，出台了很多政策来推动养老产业的发展和保障老年人的生活，但是由于农村经济水平相对较低，养老模式又普遍老旧，养老矛盾依旧突出，推进农村自我养老模式的深入发展显得尤为迫切。本文在对相关文献做了深入的研究的基础上，以滁州市为例，运用走访调研和问卷调研的方法，对滁州市自我养老模式的发展现状进行了深刻分析与解读。针对滁州市自我养老模式中的经济不足、体制缺陷等问题，创新得提出更新养老资金筹措、区域性设立自我养老互助组等自我养老方式。在农村社会养老保障体系不停完善的基础之上，促进滁州市自我养老模式的长足发展。

Abstract :Now,Chinese society has stepped into aging,Endowment has become an important topic.Although the country in the face of the problem of aging, has adopted many policies to promote the pension industry development and the protection of the elderly life,But, old-age contradictions are still outstanding because of the relatively low level of rural economy,and the old-age care model is generally old,.It is particularly urgent to promote the in-depth development of the rural self-care endowment model.Take Chuzhou City as an example,this article is based on the in-depth study of relevant literature,using methods of visiting surveys and surveys.Obtain an Analytical interpretation about the status that development of Self-supporting Old-age Mode in Chuzhou City.Addressing the problems of economic insufficiency and system deficiencies in the self-care model of Chuzhou City.Innovation has come up,Renew pension funding,Regional establishment of self-care pension group Self-care,We will continue to improve the rural social pension security system and promote the long-term development of the self-care model in Chuzhou City.
