叶圣陶的编辑出版思想及其当下意义

叶圣陶先生从事编辑出版工作长达60多年，是我国编辑出版事业的开拓者和奠基人。叶圣陶先生关于编辑出版事业的真知卓识以及投身于这一事业的光辉精神对编辑出版人而言具有重要的指导意义。他高度重视出版物的教育性和服务性，始终坚持社会效益第一的思想,严谨细致的“不马虎”思想，兼收并蓄的开放思想，鼓舞和激励了一代代编辑出版人，对我国编辑出版业的全面繁荣和健康发展产生了积极影响。叶圣陶先生的编辑出版思想应成为当代编辑出版业的规范性思想和工作原则，编辑出版人更应将这些思想深入到日后的每一步工作中，并在此基础上开拓创新，将这些宝贵思想更好的传承下去。

Abstract

Ye Shengtao , engaged in editing and publishing for up to 60 years, is the pioneer and founder of Chinese editing and publishing. Ye Shengtao's editing and publishing business knowledge insights as well as shining spirit devoted to this cause is of important guiding significance to editing and publishing people. He attached great importance to the publication of educational and service. The thought of grasped social effect results benefit in the first place, the idea of conscientious and meticulous, that is thorough and the thinking of incorporate things of diverse nature, encouraged and inspired generations of editing and publishing, and have had a positive impact to the inclusive prosperity and healthy development of the Chinese editing and publishing industry. Ye Shengtao's edition publication thoughts should become the regulated thoughts and the work principle of the contemporary edition publishing industry. People who work in the editing or publishing industry should put these thoughts deeper into each step of the work in the future. Furthermore , on this basis,  innovate and be better inherited.
