仔猪猪瘟免疫程序的研究
本实验应用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验（Dot-ELISA） 对不同日龄仔猪的猪瘟母源抗体进行检测, 结果表明, 仔猪在15、2 5、35 和45 日龄母源抗体阳性率分别为93. 33%、7 9. 17%、7 0. 83%和22. 22%。根据母源抗体检测结果, 对各日龄仔猪免疫不同头剂猪瘟疫苗, 免疫持续至150和210日龄时, 对其免疫抗体进行检测, 结果显示,仔猪在45日龄时接种猪瘟疫苗4头剂、35和25日龄接种疫苗4或6头剂、新生仔猪乳前注苗2头剂、70日龄注苗4头剂, 其阳性率均达90%以上, 都能得到较好的免疫效果。

A New Immunization Procedure for Hog Cholera of Piglets
Abstract: The experimental application spots ELISA test (Dot-ELISA) for different day age of piglets swine fever maternal antibody testing, the results show that the piglets in 15、25 、35 and 45 days old positive of antibody of maternal respectively were 93. 33%、 79. 17%、7 0. 83% and 22. 22%. According to maternal antibody test results, we used different doses of Hog cholera cell vaccine t o vaccinate pig lets at different age, immune to 150 and 210 days for age, for the immune antibody testing, the results showed that when the piglets 45 days old were Vaccinated 4 doses per capita, 35 and 25 days old pigs for 4 or 6 doses per capita, New born piglets before lactation first for 2 doses per capita and 70 days old piglets second vaccination for 4 doses per capita ,its are positive to above 90%, can get the good effect of immunity.
