全椒民歌丰富多彩，底蕴深厚，是全椒人民在生产和生活中创造出的优秀民间文化，反映了全椒人民的生活和生产。全椒民歌具有鲜明的地域特色。2014年，全椒民歌被确定为滁州市非物质文化遗产。本文论证了全椒民歌的地理文化背景及本体特征，从更深层面论证了全椒民歌传承发展的意义和方式。

abstract: Quanjiao folk songs is a wonderful folk culture created by the people in production and life. It reflects the life and production of the whole pepper people. Whole pepper folk songs have distinct regional characteristics. In 2014, the whole pepper ballad was identified as the intangible cultural heritage of chuzhou. This paper demonstrates the geographical and cultural background and ontological characteristics of the whole pepper folk songs, and proves the significance and way of the development of the whole pepper folk songs from a deeper level.
