Innovation of traditional Chinese medicine business model - a case study of Bozhou kangmei traditional Chinese medicine city

Abstract: As traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important carriers of Chinese traditional culture, which is more and more popular with modern people.Nowadays,there is a phenomenon in Chinese medicine market that the quality of medicine is uneven and the price is big different.Through on the investigation and comparative analysis of the domestic Chinese herbal medicine market, this paper depth analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the operation mode of Kangmei traditional Chinese medicine city in Bozhou City, and searches the innovative ways and methods of its management mode, thus standardize the management order of Chinese herbal medicine market, stabilize the price change of traditional Chinese medicine products, ensure the safety of Chinese medicine, and win more markets for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
