中小学教师职业认同及影响因素的调查

教师职业认同就是指从事教师这一职业的个体对其所从事的教师工作的认同程度。中小学教育在整个教育过程中是处于一个基础性的地位。所以,中小学教师的职业认同情况便显得尤为重要。目前,不少中小学教师都存在着职业认同感不足的的问题。具体表现有教师职业倦怠问题不断凸显、中小学教师队伍人才流失问题不断加剧等。这无论是对教师本身、学生个体还是整个的教育事业,都造成了不小的负面影响。于是,本研究以旌德县中小学为例,通过问卷调查,对中小学教师职业认同情况及影响要素进行分析。并根据调查结果,相对应的找出提高中小学教师职业认同的措施。从而使中小学教师的职业认同情况达到一个理想的程度。

A survey of professional identity and influencing factors of primary and secondary school teachers

Abstract:Teacher professional identity refers to the degree of recognition of the individual engaged in the work of the teacher.Education in primary and secondary schools is a basic position in the whole education process.Therefore,the professional identity of primary and secondary school school teachers is particularly important.At present, many primary and middle school teachers have the problem of lack of professional identity. The specific performance of teachers’ job burnout has been highlighted, and the problem of brain drain in primary and secondary school teachers has been increasing. This has negative impact on teachers,students and the whole education business. Therefore,this study takes the primary and middle schools in jingde as an example to analyze the professional identity and influencing factors of teachers in primary and secondary schools through questionnaire survey. According to the results of the survey, the measures to improve the professional identity of primary and sencondary school teachers are found. Thus, the professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers reached an ideal level.
