小学校园文化建设的现状、问题及对策
最近几年来，滁州市经济在国家政策的支持下发展的速度非常快，我国也越来越关注小学教育，这些促使滁州市小学校园文化建设得到了很大的发展。但在快速发展的过程中，小学校园文化建设也渐渐暴露出一些问题，针对问题，就需要通过研究探索出滁州市小学校园文化建设发展的措施。本研究通过对滁州市小学校园文化建设现状的研究，找出了影响因素，并提出了小学校园文化建设应该坚持以人为本、以教育为目的和统筹规划的三个原则，在此基础上，小学校园文化建设可以从四个方面采取措施解决问题：1.对物质文化建设的财政投入力度和政策倾斜力度要进一步加大，并做好规划；2.在精神文化建设方面要注意引导教育学生；3.要健全制度文化建设，加强对学校的各种制度管理；4.开展多姿多彩的校园文化活动，充实学生的校园文化与精神生活。
