乡贤文化视阈下的乡村治理研究——以浙江台州天台县后岸村为例
农村是我国文明的发源地，是中华文化的根脉所在。文化既承载着历史，又牵引着未来。乡贤文化作为成长于中国传统乡土社会深厚底蕴的众多文化中的一支，结合了几千年来村治的经验和智慧，并在时代的进步中融汇了新乡贤的特定功能，越发与乡村社会治理的实践相契合。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义核心价值观影响下，政府重点关注着乡村的发展，接连提出了乡村振兴战略等重要政策。国家对于乡村领域的态度始终扎实、坚定。在乡村治理实践的探索中我们发现了新乡贤以及乡贤文化对于乡村社会治理作用巨大。本文通过分析当下村政的现状和村治的走向，试图从乡贤角度谈乡村文化建设，发挥乡贤多元治理效应和乡贤文化的实际影响，深入探索并找到优化解决乡村社会治理难题的现实路径。

Research on rural governance under the perspective of the culture of the local people -- take the case of the backshore village of tiantai county, taizhou city, zhejiang province.
Abstract：The countryside is the cradle of Chinese traditional culture and the root of Chinese culture. Culture carries both history and the future. Follow villager culture as growth in China's traditional rural society profundity of one of the many culture, is a combination of village governance for thousands of years of experience and wisdom, and in the era of progress of the specific function of the new follow villager, increasingly with the practice of the rural social governance. In rhythm with the speeding up of urbanization and social transformation to tighten, under the new era of xi jinping, guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the government focused on the development of our country, have put forward the strategy of rejuvenating rural and other important policies. The country's attitude towards rural areas has always been solid and firm. In the exploration of rural governance practices, we find that the new countryside and the local culture have great effect on rural social governance. This paper analyzes the present situation of the current CunZheng and village governance, try to talk about rural cultural construction from the Angle of follow villager, play to follow villager actual influence of pluralistic governance effect and follow villager culture, explore and find a realistic path optimization to solve rural social governance problem.
