小学生学习焦虑状况调查研究

现如今随着社会的快速发展，儿童的身心健康已成为社会关注的热点，小学生的学习焦虑心理更是成为阻碍其身心健康发展的不可忽略的重要影响因素。人们在重视身体健康的同时，也越来越重视心理健康。尤其是小学生的心理健康更是受到学校、家长和社会的广泛关注。由于父母对子女的高期望，社会对小学的高要求，以及升学带来的压力、随着离婚家庭的增多、父母分居或者冲突带来的影响以及独生子女问题等因素，都使得小学生出现了严重的心理困扰问题。本篇文章通过对小学生学习焦虑状况进行调查研究，得到相关研究数据，并采取随机抽样的方法，以滁州市某一小学的160名学生为研究对象，从滁州某一小学3-6年级各年级学生抽取40名作为被试，共160名被试。其中男女生人数各一半，均为80人。一共发放问卷160份，收回158份问卷，去掉无效问卷10份，得到有效问卷共148份，有效问卷率为92.5％。本文章从小学生的学习焦虑的现状、基本情况、学习焦虑的原因以及学习焦虑所带来的问题这几个方面进行分析研究，对滁州市小学生学习焦虑的现状进行调研。除此之外，还从教育教学实践方面的角度提出了几点相关矫正建议。

The Investigation and Research on Primary School Students’ Learning anxiety

Abstract:Nowadays with the rapid development of society, children's physical and mental health has become a hot social concern, elementary student's learning anxiety psychology become obstacles to the health of body and mind development important factors that cannot be ignored.People pay attention to health in at the same time, also more and more attention to mental health.Especially the elementary student's mental health is influenced by the school, parents and social attention.Due to parents' high expectations of their children, high demand for primary school, as well as the entrance pressure, along with the increase in divorce family, parents' separation or conflict in somalia and the effects of factors such as the one-child problem, makes pupils came the problem of serious psychological problems.This article through to the students learning anxiety status investigation and study, get relevant research data, and adopts the method of random sampling, a primary school of 160 students of chuzhou as the research object, from chuzhou a primary school grade 3 to grade 6 each extract 40 students as subjects, a total of 160 participants.The number of boys and girls each half, all of 80.Issued 160 questionnaires, 158 questionnaires, remove the invalid 10 questionnaires, get effective questionnaire 148, rate of valid questionnaire is 92.5%.This article from the current situation of students' learning anxiety, basic situation, learning anxiety and learning the cause of anxiety in the process of research and analyze these a few respects, to research the current situation of students learning anxiety of chuzhou.Besides, from the Angle of the education teaching practice and put forward several proposals for correction.
