浅谈家庭暴力的状况及解决办法

家庭的稳定是国家平稳有序发展得前提条件,家庭暴力作为一种反面的消极现象反映在大部分家庭,更是侵害家庭成员人身权利的违法行为。家庭暴力作为一种社会现象存在,其原因是多方面的，中国家庭暴力的研究存在不足,不仅表现为政府决策部门和普通公众对这一问题的忽视,还表现在学术研究上,缺少有关家庭暴力实证调查的数据,有关家庭暴力的论文和著述也不多见。而在实践中,随着人们思想观念的变化和社会的变迁,隐藏在家庭中的暴力犯罪逐渐显露出来,有关家庭暴力事件的报道日益频繁。这种状况不仅要求决策部门能够重视这一问题,更要求学术界能研究并提供家庭暴力的标准,通过实证的调查,分析家庭暴力的原因,提出相应的预防对策,为立法机构制定和完善有关家庭暴力犯罪的法律提供理论上的依据。

ABSTRACT：The stability of the family is the prerequisite for the steady and orderly development of the country. Domestic violence, as a negative negative phenomenon, is reflected in most families. Domestic violence is a social phenomenon, and its reasons are multifaceted, and the study of domestic violence in China is insufficient. It is the neglect of the government's decision-making department and the general public on this issue. It is also manifested in academic research, lack of data on empirical investigation of domestic violence, and few papers and writings on domestic violence. In practice, in practice, the violence hidden in the family is hidden with the changes of people's ideas and social changes. Crime has gradually emerged, and reports of domestic violence are increasingly frequent. This situation not only requires policy-making departments to pay attention to this problem, but also requires academia to study and provide standards for domestic violence. Through empirical investigation, the causes of domestic violence are analyzed, and corresponding preventive countermeasures are put forward. It provides a theoretical basis for legislatures to formulate and perfect laws on domestic violence crimes.
