年产15万吨淡色啤酒厂发酵车间生产工艺设计


本设计设计的是年产15万吨9°淡色啤酒厂发酵车间生产工艺,设计的生产原料为大麦麦芽和大米,设计内容主要包括物料衡算、耗热量衡算、耗水量衡算、耗冷量衡算和设备的选型与计算。在本设计中,全年生产300天,旺季生产按170天计算,每天糖化8次,旺季生产全年总产量的80%,剩下的产量在淡季可以酌情进行调整每天的糖化次数。本设计的主体是发酵车间,主体设备是发酵罐,在设计中本设计采用的是露天锥形发酵罐,其高径比为4∶1。本设计的图纸主要包括车间平面布置图、工艺流程图和主生产设备图。

Abstract:This design design is the annual output of 150000 tons of 9 ° light beer fermentation workshop production process, the design of the raw materials for production of barley malt and rice, design content mainly includes material balance, heat balance, water consumption balance, the balance of cold energy consumption and equipment selection and calculation. In this design, the annual production of 300 days, the peak season production as 170 day, saccharifying eight times a day, season produces about 80% of the total annual output, the output can be adjusted as appropriate in the offseason saccharification times a day. The main body of the design is the fermentation workshop, and the main equipment is the fermentation tank. In the design, the design adopts the open-air tapered fermentation tank, with a height to diameter ratio of 4:1. The drawings of this design mainly include shop layout, process flow chart and main production equipment diagram.
