【摘要】

年产1万吨木薯燃料酒精发酵生产工艺初步设计
本设计对年产1万吨木薯燃料酒精发酵生产工艺进行了初步设计。通过查阅大量文献资料初步确定了酒精发酵生产过程的工艺流程。重点进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、发酵罐和附属设备的设计计算和选型。结果表明:以500kg燃料酒精发酵生产为计算基础,得出年产1万吨木薯燃料酒精需要消耗的木薯原材料为16090.5t;发酵过程中的总热量为7.53×105kJ/h;每天进入发酵罐的醪液为446.63t,需要冷却水的量为36004.9kg/h。通过发酵罐设计得出需要公称容积为200m3的发酵罐为10个,罐的直径为6m,圆柱部分的高度为7.2m,罐底高度为0.72m,罐盖高度为0.6m。此外,本设计还对粗馏塔进行了设计计算,并且绘制了工艺流程图,车间布置图和设备图等。

Preliminary design of fermentation production technology for annual output of 10,000 tons cassava fuel alcohol
Abstract:This design deals with a preliminary design of the fermentation process of cassava fuel alcohol with an annual output of 10,000 tons. The technological process of alcohol fermentation was primarily determined after looking up a large number of literature. The paper focus on the design calculation of material balance, heat balance, fermentor and ancillary equipment. The results showed that based on the calculation of 500kg fuel alcohol fermentation production, the cassava raw material for 10,000/a tons of cassava fuel alcohol  was 16,990.5t; The total heat in the fermentation process was 7.53×105kj/h; The wort qualities entering the fermentor every day was 446.63t, and the amount of cooling water required was 36004.9kg/h. Through the design of fermentation tanks, it was concluded that there are 10 fermentation tanks with a nominal volume of 200m3, the diameter of the fermentor was 6m, the height of the cylindrical part was 7.2m, the height of the tank bottom was 0.72m, and the height of the tank cover was 0.6m. In addition, the crude distillation tower was also designed, and the process flow chart, workshop layout and equipment chart were drawn.
