大学生村官政策实践研究—以重庆市璧山区福禄镇为例

大学生村官政策是在推进新农村建设工作和解决高校毕业生就业形势严峻的背景下提出的一项政策。本文通过实地调查走访的形式调研了重庆市璧山区福禄镇的近几年大学生村官在基层工作服务情况，通过调研分析，得出大学生村官政策村民满意度较高，但缺乏法律法规支持，因此相关部门及政府应从选拔、培训到服务期满后的退出机制等方面推进。

Abstract
The college-graduate village official policy was introduced according to the background that to promote the new rural construction and solve the grim employment problems. This thesis by means of field research on the situation of college-graduate village official's works and services. By means of investigate and survey, found that the villager was satisfied with the college-graduate village official policy but this policy was lack of support from laws and regulations. So relevant departments and the government should make some improvements from selecting training to finish their service.
