对中国法学教育的思考

随着习总书记“依法治国”理念的提出，政府乃至社会各个阶层都提起了对法学教育的重视，法学教育的含义定位日渐明晰，重要性日益突出。与此同时，作为接受四年法学教育的本科生，深切接触并感受到目前我国法学教育的存在的一些问题，如：法学教育到底属于“职业教育”，还是“素质教育”；其次，法学专业就业率多年持低不上；再如，法学教育与司法考试的关系问题持续升温，较低的司法考试通过率，使人们对法学教育以及法学专业前景产生质疑等等。身为法学人，在感触到法学教育的一系列现状后，迫切希望能对“中国法学教育”这个课题展开思考，以力求从教育布局，教学方式等方面解决法学教育存在的问题，消除弊端，推动我国法学教育改革，尽早实现“法治大国”的目标。

Abstract:  With xi general secretary put forward the concept of "governing the country according to law", the government and various social strata, filed to the attention of the education of law, the meaning of the law education became clear positioning, importance is increasingly prominent. By four years at the same time, as the law education of undergraduates, deep contact and feel of the existing problems of legal education in China, such as: education of law belong to the "professional education", or "quality education"; Second, the law professional employment rate has been low for many years. Again, such as, the problem of the relationship between the education of law and judicial examination is on the rise, the judicial examination pass rate is lower, on legal education and legal professional prospect question and so on. As a legal person, in touch after a series of legal education present situation, to "legal education in China" eager to think about this subject, from education to strive to layout, teaching methods, etc, to solve the problems existing in the education of law, eliminate the drawbacks, promote legal education reform in our country, realize the goal of "powers under the rule of law" as soon as possible.
