试论法律人的道德修养
法律人作为法律职业的践行者，需要娴熟驾驭法律知识的同时，更需要注重自身的道德修养。虽然相关法律条文对不同法律职业群体的职业道德作出了相关规定，但一些法律人追求法律运用时还是易忽略职业道德的要求。法律人的综合素养关乎法治国家的建设和推进，不可否认的是，在提高法律人道德修养方面仍然存在一些问题：高校对法律人的道德培养重视程度不够，法律人在从业的过程中道德取舍易受干扰，法律人业外活动易受诱惑，自身定力不足。提高法律人的道德修养，需要各种措施的配合：法学教育要重视对法律人道德的培养，法律人自身需要严格要求约束自己的行为，国家和社会也需要加强对法律人的监督。

Abstract: As a practitioner of legal profession, the lawyers needs to master the legal knowledge at the same time, but also need to pay attention to their own moral cultivation. Although the relevant legal provisions of the different legal professional groups to make the relevant provisions of the professional ethics, but some legal people to pursue the law or easy to ignore the professional ethics requirements. It is undeniable that there are still some problems in improving the moral cultivation of the legal person: the moral education of the moral cultivation of the legal person is not enough, the legal person in the process of doing business in the moral choice.
