论企业文化建设

企业文化是一个企业中每一个员工，特别是企业管理者们所共同拥有的原则与经营哲学，制定决策和解决问题的方式，它对企业的生存和发展有着极其步论述了企业文化建设对于企业发展的作用和必要性，也相应的论述了现阶段我国很多企业在文化建设重要的意义，是企业发展所必须拥有的核心中枢。优秀的企业文化包含着深厚的文化底蕴和凝聚力，是企业竞争市场的源泉。本文在论述企业文化的概述的同时，进方面的现状和问题，并相应的提出了一些解决措施和对策建议。

ABSTRACT：Corporate culture is every employee in an enterprise.In particular, the principles and philosophy of management shared by business managers. The way to make decisions and solve problems.It is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.It is the core center of the enterprise development.Excellent corporate culture contains deep cultural deposits and cohesiveness. It is the source of the competitive market of the enterprise.This article is at the same time of discussing the summary of enterprise culture.It further discusses the function and necessity of enterprise culture construction for enterprise.It also discusses the current situation and problems of cultural construction in many enterprises.And put forward some solutions and suggestions accordingly.
