论城市基础设施的可持续发展原则

现今的中国在快速城市化，在此现状下，城市发展无法阻止土地与生态系统破坏，资源枯竭，环境污染，社会化趋势日益加剧的关系。如何解决不可持续的城市发展问题？应用可持续发展的理念建设可持续城市是解决生态破坏，资源枯竭，环境污染等问题的关键。也是实现可持续城市基础设施建设的前提和基础。本文以城市基础设施的可持续发展为出发点，规划如何更好地建设城市基础设施。本文系统地概括了城市基础设施规划与可持续发展的相关理论，阐述了可持续原则在城市基础设施中的意义，进而让我们对现阶段的城市基础设施有一定了解；分析了传统城市基础设施规划中存在的非可持续发展问题，揭露其产生的后果；为此提出了可持续发展思路指导城市基础设施规划的可行方案，为完善城市基础设施建设提出宝贵意见。

ABSTRACT:Today's China is rapidly urbanizing. Under this status, urban development cannot stop the relationship between land and ecosystem destruction, resource depletion, environmental pollution, and socialization trends. How to solve the problem of unsustainable urban development? Applying the concept of sustainable development to building a sustainable city is the key to solving problems such as ecological destruction, depletion of resources, and environmental pollution. It is also a prerequisite and foundation for achieving sustainable urban infrastructure construction. This paper starts with the sustainable development of urban infrastructure and plans how to better build urban infrastructure. This article systematically summarizes the related theories of urban infrastructure planning and sustainable development, expounds the significance of sustainable principles in urban infrastructure, and then allows us to have a certain understanding of the current urban infrastructure; and analyzes the traditional urban infrastructure. The non-sustainable development problems existing in the plan have exposed the consequences of the plan; for this reason, the sustainable development ideas have been put forward to guide feasible plans for urban infrastructure planning, and valuable suggestions have been made for the improvement of urban infrastructure construction.
