反不正当竞争法的创新与完善
经营者的不正当竞争行为损害了竞争对手和消费者的合法权益,出现了不正当竞争现象，而且导致整个市场秩序的混乱，阻碍了经济的发展和技术的进步。我国1993年制订的《反不正当竞争法》于2017年11月4日修订通过，它记载了我国经济的发展历程。随着我国经济的不断对外开放，反不正当竞争法同时也增进了关于互联网和消费者权益保护的可操作性措施，增加了法律的可操作性。同时，它也正式确立了该法是维护公共利益的价值取向，为市场经济秩序的维护保驾护航。

Innovation and perfection of Anti-unfair Competition Law
ABSTRACT:The acts of unfair competition of the operators have impaired the legitimate rights and interests of competitors and consumers. The phenomenon of unfair competition has emerged, which has led to confusion in the entire market order and hindered economic development and technological progress.The anti unfair competition law, which was formulated in 1993, was revised and passed in November 4, 2017. It records the development of China's economy.With the continuous opening of China's economy to the outside world, anti unfair competition law also improves the operational measures on the protection of the rights and interests of the Internet and consumers, and increases the operability of the law. At the same time, it also formally established that the law is the value orientation of safeguarding public interest and escorts the maintenance of market economic order.
