论当代航运企业刚性管理制度的运用
在世界几大主要经济体经济形式日趋回稳的当下，回望过去的金融危机给众多企业带来的影响不言而喻，在众多企业濒临破产倒闭的时候，航运业作为与世界上所有行业打交道的行业又是如何保证其屹立不倒。本文以刚性管理的特性和制度化优势开篇，得出制度化具有普片性，将刚性管理思想穿插在企业的各种管理之中，紧抓航运企业的管理制度进行讲述，探索航运企业是否存在制度优势而让它们经受住了考验为主线，用对比和衬托的手法进一步描述航运企业内部管理与刚性管理的关联性，重点讲解内部管理制度对于航运企业的重要性，篇尾对金砖五国的描述强化了全篇的主线，最后得出航运企业更适合采取刚性管理的制度。

ABSTRACT
The economic forms of the world`s major economies are increasingly stabilizing.The impact of the past financial crisis on many enterprises is self-evident.Many companies are on the verge of bankruptcy.The composition of shipping companies is an enterprise dealing with all industries in the word ,how is it standing.This paper starts with the characteristics of rigid management and institutional advantages,It is concluded that institutionalization is universal.The rigid management thought is interspersed with the management of the enterprise.To grasp the management system of shipping enterprises.Explore whether shipping companies have institutional advantages,let them stand the test.The correlation between internal management and rigid management of shipping enterprises is further described by comparison and contrast.Focus on the importance of internal management system to the shipping industry.The description of the BRICS reinforces the main line.Finally it is concluded that the shipping enterprises are more suitable for rigid management system
