论行政正义在人类社会的不断进步中，法律体系也在随其不断的完备，现如今的人们对法律的价值的认识和理解更加的深入。行政正义，其作为法律价值系统中关键的一部分，也越来越不断受到社会的关注。正义必然是作为基础价值体现在公共行政中，因此行政正义既表现出对自由、平等的价值追求，也包涵着行政自身所具有的对公共利益的价值取向，与此同时也是行政人员道德行为的在外体现。本文主要从行政正义的原则与其合法性的观点出发，对行政正义在社会存在的问题以及其解决方法两方面进行分析。

On Administrative Justice
ABSTRACT: People have deeper and deeper knowledge and understanding of the value of the law with the human soirty developing and law system improving. Administrative justice, as a main part of the legal value system,gaining more and more attention. Administrative justice, the basis of the public administrative values, it is refeletedby the persuit of the value pursuit of freedom, equality, it includes the public administration on the value orientation of public interest and the embodiment of the public administration personnel virtue.
The thesis here mainly analyzes the existing problems and solutions of administrative justice in society.
