从目的论浅析旅游景点的英译
Research on C-E Translation of Scenic-spot from the Perspective of Skopos Theory
Abstract
In China’s tourist attractions, standardized and accurate translation of scenic spots will promote China’s excellent culture and promote the international spread of excellent culture. However, there are still many inaccuracies and irregularities in the translation of tourist attractions. This paper combines the translation “skopos theory” to analyze the translation examples of some tourist attractions, and hopes to improve the current situation of unreasonable English translation of tourist attractions. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is a brief introduction to the research background, research methods and significance of the thesis; the second part mainly introduces the domestic and international research status of tourism translation; the third and fourth parts are the main part of the thesis. The third part puts forward the guiding significance of tourism translation based on the content of skopos theory. The fourth part analyzes from the perspective of examples based on the three principles of skopos theory. The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis.
