中学思想政治课教师胜任力模型的理论建构


    在中学教育教学工作中,中学思想政治课教师起着重要作用。为了探究能区分高绩效中学思想政治课教师与绩效一般教师两者的特性,本文结合胜任力模型中的冰山模型和中学思想政治学科特点,建构出中学思想政治课教师胜任力理论模型,并对每个胜任特征做出了胜任力词典释义。本文的中学思想政治课教师胜任力理论模型从基准性胜任力与鉴别性胜任力两个维度进行建构,基准性胜任力指中学思想政治课教师的专业知识以及专业技能,鉴别性胜任力指思想政治课教师的政治素养、道德素养、个人特质和交往素质。最后,本文提出了研究展望:此模型只是在理论层面的分析,需要进行验证;另外此模型处于一个动态发展的过程之中,仍需不断更新,从多方面继续进行深入研究。

ABSTRACT
   An ideology and politics course teacher plays an important role in school’s education and teaching work . In order to explore characteristics that high efficient ideology and politics course teachers should have and differentiate those general teachers, this article constructs the competency theoretical model of middle school ideology and politics course teachers according to the iceberg competency model and the characteristics of middle school ideological and political courses. And the article made the definitions in competency dictionary for each competence characteristics. This model includes threshold and identificational competency. The threshold competency refers to the teacher’s professional knowledge and skills while the identificational competency refers to teachers' qualities of political thought, morals, person and association. In the end, a prospect will be proposed in this paper. As the model is analyzed based on theoretical levels, it should do some further verification. In addition, this model is also in a dynamic development process which requires us to update constantly and do more researches from many aspects.
