论《嘉莉妹妹》中的女性形象

Sister Carrie introduced a tragic story that American country girl enthusiastically pursuit material wealth but finally committed suicide in the 20th century. It has had a big impact on the United States ever since. The aim of this paper is to reveal the image of American women as represented by Carrie. It reveals that in the United States in the early 20th century, people blindly pursued the American dream, which eventually led to the occurrence of tragedy and interpret the feminist connotation of Sister Carrie's image. Realism is one of its major features and writing method. The book caused an uproar in the United States since its publication. American people started to pay more attention to spiritual wealth. From analyzing Carrie, the achievements of feminism can be seen and it enthusiastically calls for the good of mankind knowledgeable, strongly attacked the money omnipotent society, exposed the darkness of capitalist society.

摘  要
嘉莉妹妹讲述了一个悲惨的故事，美国乡村女孩狂热地追求物质财富，但最终在20世纪自杀。从那以后，它对美国产生了巨大的影响。本文旨在揭示以卡丽为代表的美国女性形象。由此可见，在20世纪初的美国，人们盲目地追求美国梦，最终导致悲剧的发生，并对嘉莉妹妹形象的女性主义内涵进行了解读。现实主义是其主要特征之一，也是其写作方法之一。这本书自出版以来在美国引起了轩然大波。美国人开始更加注重精神财富。通过对凯丽的分析，可以看出女性主义的成就，它热情地呼唤人类的善识，强烈地抨击了金钱万能的社会，揭露了资本主义社会的黑暗。
