摘要：知识经济时代，企业之间竞争的关键在于吸收、管理和创造知识能力之间的竞争。标准所具有的价值，促使企业积极投身于标准化活动之中，利用标准赚钱。但是，技术标准价值的形成至今仍无定论。因而企业不知道采用何种方式提升技术标准的价值，而导致利益受损。因此，本文选择技术标准价值为研究对象，试图揭示技术标准价值的源泉和形成机理，以提升企业的综合竞争力。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：标准；技术标准价值；机理Abstract: In the knowledge economy, the key of competition is the ability to absorb, manage and create knowledge. The value of standards prompts enterprises to participate actively in standardization activities. However, the formation of technical standards’ value is not sure. And enterprises don’t know in what manner to enhance the value of technical standards, which loses profits. This paper studies the technical standards’ value and tries to reveal the value of the source and mechanism of formation to enhance their overall competitiveness.

一、技术标准信息传递的基本过程
技术标准的本质是信息。这类信息具有二重性，即信源信息和信宿信息。在技术标准传递信息的过程中，前者由技术标准制定者掌握，具体包括标准提案方企业投入人力、物力和财力研发新技术，制定包含技术规范和技术细节的技术标准，按照程序进行发布；后者是由其他厂商获取的，标准制订者发布的信息在媒介（信道）中，通过编码和解码之后，就成为信宿信息，标准使用者正是使用信宿信息指导生产经营活动。图1给出了技术标准信息传递的基本过程
