黄县体育高考生运动损伤状况调查研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对河南省安阳市内黄县120名体育高考生的运动损伤的状况进行调查研究。结果显示：运动损伤率高达48.3%；发生运动损伤的部位是腿部、踝部、足部及腰部等；缺乏合理的准备活动、思想上不重视、运动负荷过大、技术动作错误、组织方法不当、场地设备缺陷及不良气象的影响等是导致体育高考生运动损伤发生的主要原因。针对其损伤的原因进行分析，提出了预防措施，希望对他们能顺利地通过高考体育专业考试有所帮助。

    Research and Survey on Sports Injury of PE Examinees in Neihuang County of Anyang City in Henan Province
 
This paper mainly studies the situation,characteristics and reasons of sports injury of 120 physical education students of Neihuang County in Anyang City in Henan Province through questionnaire survey and the literature material method. The results show that: the sports injury rate is as high as 48.3%; the injury parts are mainly legs, the ankle, foot and the waist, etc.; the causes of the sports injury are lack of reasonable ready activities, not paying attention in thought , overload exercises, wrong technical movement, organizing in a wrong way, site equipment defects and the influence of the bad weather,etc. By analyzing the causes of sports injuries, this paper puts forward some preventive measures, hoping to help them pass the college entrance examination successfully.
