合作原则在商务英语信函写作中的运用

正如语言是人与人沟通的桥梁一样，商务英语信函是跨国企业之间交流的纽带，合作原则是语言的实用性在外贸函电写作中的体现。自从改革开放以来，随着中国经济的发展以及和全球其他国家商务交流的增加，商务英语信函被越来越频繁的使用。在很多情况下，写作信函是企业寻找客户的唯一方式。因此，学好商务英语信函有助于在对外贸易中成就更多。语用原则是商务英语信函实用性的保证。在言语交际中，合作原则是语用原则的核心内容之一。本篇论文即是关于合作原则在商务英语信函中的应用。至于商务英语信函，就是商业交流的一种方式，许多函电写作原则都和合作原则相一致，比如说礼貌、体贴、完整、清楚、准确、具体和正确七大原则。在此论文中，笔者从实用主义的角度分析了英语外贸函电的写作并提出了建议，希望为想成为外贸销售员的同学提供一些帮助。

The Application of Cooperative Principle in English Business Correspondence Writing
Abstract
Just as language is the bridge of communication between people, English business correspondence writing is the tie of international enterprises and cooperative principle in it is just based on the principles of language communication. English business correspondence has been being used more and more frequently with economic development of China and the increase of business contacts with other countries worldwide since Reform and Opening-up Policies. In many cases, writing is the only way to find customers. Therefore, we can fulfill more aspirations during foreign trading with a good understanding about English business correspondence writing. Pragmatic principle is the one which ensures pragmatism of English business correspondence writing and cooperative principle is one of the core ideas of pragmatic principle in speech communication. This thesis is about the application of cooperative principle in English business correspondence writing. As for English business correspondence, it’s a way of business communication. Many writing principles are consistent with cooperative principle such as courtesy, consideration, completeness, clarity, conciseness, concreteness and correctness. In this thesis, the author analyzes English business correspondence writing from the perspective of pragmatism and makes some suggestions, hoping that it can make a difference for students who want to work as foreign trading salesmen.
