浅析看电影学英语——从输入和输出假说的角度


随着全球化进程的推进,传统的语法翻译法来学习英语的模式难以适应日益频繁的国际交往现状。面对日益激烈的竞争,不仅要对英语学习感兴趣,具有良好的英语听说读写能力,还要有扎实的跨文化交际能力。多年来学生在学习的过程中,或多或少积累了一些经验,但仍经常面临一些听力,口语,俚语,礼仪的差异导致的沟通障碍。为改善这一状况,就要拓宽学习英语的模式,多渠道挖掘真实的英语语言素材,促进学生主动学习。英文电影是集声像图文于一体的传播媒介,可以提供一个良好的学习语言的环境,激发学生学习英语的积极性和主动性从而提高学习的效率。本文从输入假说、输出假说的角度出发,借鉴国内外相关的研究成果,研究探讨通过看英语原声电影学习英语这一模式。通过运用这两大假说来分析探究这一学习模式的过程和优势。本文探讨观看电影前,观看中和观看后的一些学习目标安排,充分结合输入输出理论的原理,得出科学利用这一模式的一些技巧和证实这一学习模式的可用性和优势所在。

ners have accumulated some experience in the learning process. However, they are still facing some difficulties, such as poor listening, broken oral English, unidiomatic language, and communication disorders caused by differences in etiquette. While the application of English movies in learning can make learners experience the authentic language by themselves and perceive their own language as well. It can also boost their personality and open their eyes to the world and most importantly, improve their spoken English and listening skills. English movies are one of the media involving audio-visual effect, providing a good language learning environment, stimulating the students’ enthusiasm and motivation to learn English so as to improve the efficiency of learning. However, some people are wondering that the model of learning English by watching movies can make a positive effect on learners. Therefore this article discusses the advantages of English movies as well as reminding them of paying attention to some of the techniques and methods from the perspective of the input and the output hypotheses.
