全体学生德国哲学家莱布尼茨曾经说过:“世界上没有两片相同的叶子。”在教育教学领域来说,每个学生都是独一无二的存在于这个世界上的,学习者的个体差异性直接影响他们的英语学习,要提高学生的学习效率,作为英语教师就必须关注他们的个体差异性。突出学生主体地位,面相,依据他们的个性,尊重他们的个体差异性,因材施教,采取有效的教学方法,从而提高教学效率。在课堂教学中,只有尊重学生个体差异性,关注学生情感,全面理解和关心学生,努力创造一个轻松,民主,和谐,平等的教学环境,采取有效的教学方法,使得他们在不同程度上取得提高和体验成就,这是发掘学生潜能和发展个性的良好途径,从而达到有效提高教学质量的目的。
乡村小学生处于英语学习的实验基础阶段,他们在学习基础,兴趣爱好,个性,智力等方面有许多的差异,时代是在不断变化的,过去以教师为中心的教学模式已不再适应现代教学,不能满足学生的需求,在这种情况下,英语教师须面对学生中的差异性,依据他们的个性和能力进行教学,使教学方法适应学生不同的需求,从而获得不同程度上的提高与发展。

Abstract
German philosopher Leibniz once said that there are no two identical leaves in the world. in the field of education teaching, every student is unique in the world, there are many factors that directly influence their English learning. to improve their learning efficiency, the English teachers must pay attention to the students’ individual differences factors, outstanding students main body status, facing all the students, respecting the students’ individual differences, according to their aptitude, so as to improve teaching efficiency. Teachers in the classroom teaching, only respect students individual differences, focus on students’ emotion, comprehensive care, understand students. Efforts to create loose, democratic, harmonious, equal teaching atmosphere and adopting effective teaching strategies, we can make them get improvement in varying degrees, It is a good way of playing students’ potential and developing their individuality, and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of English teaching effectively.
Rural primary school students in the phase of the experimental basis of learning English, there are number of differences about the students’ learning basic aspects, hobbies, personalities, intelligence, and so on. We know that time is constantly changing, the past teacher—centered English teaching method is difficult to adopt to the needs of the students. In this occasion, the English teachers has to face the individual differences among the students,  teaching them according to their aptitudes and abilities, making teaching methods adapt to the different requirements of the students and making them in different levels develop their own potential. this is what this paper studies the main content.
