“隐性采访”中的“隐私权”问题与“诚信”问题

当今社会媒体的表达方式和传播内容日趋多元化，媒体之间的竞争也日渐激烈，无论是上星电视台、发行量上百万的畅销报纸，还是地方的小台小报，新闻媒体为了增强新闻监督的力度，并使其发布的新闻对受众更有吸引力和可读性，常常采用隐性采访这种手段来收集信息并做出独家新闻报道，挖掘新闻深度，使新闻更有“卖点”。于是，隐性采访在新闻界越来越受到广大新闻工作者的广泛使用。然而，隐性采访如果没有适度使用，很容易会触及到受访者的合法权益。结合世界范围内已确立的法律法规，以及伦理道德方面简单的哲学理论，可以看出，隐性采访在拥有诸多优势的同时，其法律风险与道德成本也须被重视。

-- Analysis of “privacy” and “credit” in the “the recessive interview”
 
Abstract：The expression and dissemination of today’s social media have become more diverse, the media is increasingly fierce competition, Both satellite televisions, newspapers selling more than one million, and small local television stations, local general newspapers offices , in order to strengthen the supervision by public opinion, news media make the news to the audience more attractive and readable. They often take the way of recessive interview to gather information and make the exclusive news reports, to dig out the news depth, to make the news have more “selling point”. Nevertheless, the recessive interview in the press has been more and more widely used in the majority of journalists. However, if the recessive interview have been used wantonly, it is easy to threaten the respondents’ legitimate rights and interests. This paper include some laws and regulations which have been established range of the world, and consist of some simple philosophy theory, to analysis the recessive interview “privacy” issues and moral issues, in order to proof that, with many advantages, the recessive interview's legal risks and moral costs must be paid attention to.
