新闻记者在新闻事件中的角色失位问题

新闻职业道德是在一定经济社会条件下，人们在长期的新闻传播活动中逐渐形成的规范自己传播行为的各种观念、习惯、信念的总称。本文探究了新闻专业主义的核心理念,剖析我国记者职业失位的表现和深层原因,并针对我国传媒的特点,借鉴新闻专业主义的合理成分,旨在构建适合我国传媒现实的记者职业精神体系,以求记者在自律的层面上内化职业精神,从长远方向解决记者在新闻事件中的失位问题。本文还通过分析新闻记者在新闻传播活动中日益面对的新情况、新问题，从而指出新闻记者为避免失位问题所应该坚持的行为规范和准则。

The loss of the questions journalists role in the news events
 
Abstract: The news occupation morals is in certain social and economic conditions, which gradually formed people in the news communication activities of long-term ideas, their specification propagation behavior habits, beliefs. This article explores the core of journalistic professionalism, analyzes our country reporters occupation loss performance and underlying causes,and according to the characteristics of the media in our country, reasonable components from journalistic professionalism, to construct our media reality reporters occupation spirit system, in order to reporters internalize the occupation spirit in the self-discipline level,in order to the reporter a question at the press event from the long-term direction. This article also through the analysis of journalists in news dissemination activity increasingly faced with new situations and new problems, and points out that the journalist to avoid missing should adhere to the code of conduct and guidelines.
