论古代的死刑
中国古代死刑制度有两千多年的历史,主要以儒家文化、天人合一理念作指导，不断发展完善，死刑行刑方式经历了从残忍严酷到日益人道的发展过程,死刑复核与复奏制度是死刑制度中的司法救济制度，其思想基础是慎刑思想。中国古代死刑在传统文化的滋养下发展成型，本身也成为传统文化的一部分，死刑文化体现了诸多先辈处事治世的智慧与哲学，我们要辩证的予以对待，坚持吸收精华，坚决摒弃其中的消极思想与做法，传承借鉴其中的积极先进理念，以期对我国现行死刑制度的完备做出贡献。

Death penalty under the nourishing of traditional culture development in ancient China forming, itself also become a part of the traditional culture, many ancestors death culture embodies the zhenguan in dealing with the wisdom and philosophy, we should be treated dialectically, adhere to the essence, firmly rejected the negative thoughts and practice, inheritance draw lessons from the advanced ideas actively, in order to contribute to our country present death penalty system is complete.
