论古代法律对老人的优待

尊老爱老是我国的传统美德，这一美德在我国已传承了两千多年，它不仅体现在老年人的正常生活中，还体现在老年人犯罪时的特殊时期。在古代社会，因为伦理关系的出现，老人有了崇高的地位。相应的，法律上也对老人规定了优待的制度。本文主要了解各朝代对老人有优待的法律，总结出法律所体现的思想和原则，以便于对当代保障老年人权利提出个人意见。

On the Preferential Treatment of the Elderly by Ancient Laws
ABSTRACT:Respecting and caring for the elderly is a traditional virtue in China, which has been inherited for more than 2000 years in China. It is not only reflected in the normal life of the elderly, but also reflected in the special period when the elderly commit crimes. In ancient society, because of the emergence of ethical relations, the elderly have a high position. Correspondingly, the law also provides preferential treatment system for the elderly. This article mainly understands the laws that favored the elderly in different dynasties,and summarizes the thoughts and principles embodied in the laws, so as to put forward personal opinions on the contemporary protection of the rights of the elderly.
