对华商中小企业融资存在问题研究The Study on the Issue of the Chinese SMEs’ Financing Problems
随着经济全球化进程的加速和我国市场经济的发展，中小企业在加快区域经济发展，解决就业问题，推动社会创新等方面发挥着愈加重要的作用，但在我国中小企业面临的融资困难也是制约其发展的一大瓶颈。。本文在界定中小企业概念的基础上，分析了我国中小企业主要融资来源，在银行贷款，发行债券和上市三方面探讨了中小企业面临的融资困境，并且进一步从内因和外因两方面分析了融资困境原因。本文认为，中小企业自身力量薄弱，偿债能力不高和信用观念淡薄构成了内因，而中小企业与金融机构间的信息不对称，国有银行产权制度所造成的所有制歧视，信用担保制度不健全以及中小企业的融资渠道不足是造成其融资不畅的外因。作者在提高自身实力，健全信用体系，改进商业银行信贷流程和拓宽直接融资渠道四个方面提出了对于如何解决中小企业融资难题的建议。

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the development of China's market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economic and social development, is playing an increasingly important role in pushing regional economy, expanding employment and society innovation. However, financing is still a problem that restricts their development. On the basis of clearing definition of SMEs in China, this article analyses main funding sources and the financing dilemma in terms of bank loans, the issuance of bond and listing in the stock market, than conclude the internal and external reason. The internal reason mainly contains the problems in financial management, low debt capacity and lack of credit sense, while the external reason includes information asymmetry between financial institutions and SMEs, discrimination of ownership caused by the system of prosperity of state-owned banks, uncompleted credit guarantee system and inadequate financing channels and financial support. Based on the above analysis, this article makes suggestions to solve the financing problems of SMEs in the following parts: Raise the overall quality of SMEs to improve financing status, Improve China’s credit system gradually, Improve procedure of credit loan business and Expand direct financing channels.
