石斛超微粉加工工艺研究与车间设计

【摘要】

石斛超微粉加工工艺研究与车间设计

为研究石斛超微粉的加工工艺与车间设计,本文以铁皮石斛为原料,采用振动式超微粉碎的方法,以颗粒的粒径大小作为考查指标,研究了单因素粉碎时间、物料量、粉碎次数对石斛超微粉粒径大小的影响,并以正交试验进行优化。结果显示,最佳的工艺条件为粉碎时间1.5h、物料量1025克、粉碎次数3次,在此条件下,得到的石斛超微粉的粒径最小。根据工艺条件与工艺流程进一步设计了年产100吨的石斛超微粉的车间设计,并对其投资与经济效益进行了投资。其中其中工厂设计生产总投资264.143 万元,投资回收期为2.5 年(含建设期一年),在折现率为 10%时的净现值(NPV)值为 5012.86元,内部收益率(IRR)值为156%。

Study on processing technology and workshop design of ultrafine powder of Dendrobium

Abstract:In order to study the processing technology and workshop design of Dendrobium ultrafine powder, the effects of single factor crushing time, material quantity and crushing times on the particle size of Dendrobium ultrafine powder were studied by using the method of vibrating ultrafine crushing and the particle size of the particles as the test index. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were 1.5h of crushing time, 1025 grams of material volume and 3 crushing times. Under these conditions, the particle size of Dendrobium ultrafine powder was the smallest. According to the technological conditions and technological process, the workshop design of Dendrobium ultrafine powder with an annual output of 100 tons was further designed, and its investment and economic benefits were invested. Among them, the factory design and production of a total investment of 2,641,430 yuan, investment payback period of 2.29 years (including the construction period of one year), in the discount rate of 10% when the net present value (NPV) value of 3069.86 yuan, the internal rate of return (IRR) value of 143%.
