滁菊多糖与黄酮联合提取工艺研究及车间设计
为了高效提取滁菊活性物质,采用超声辅助提取浸提滁菊中的多糖与黄酮后,并通过正交实验优化滁菊中生物活性物质的联合提取工艺条件。选取料液浓度、提取时间、提取温度为影响因素,优化滁菊多糖与黄酮联合提取工艺。结果表明:用料液浓度为0.05g/ml,提取时间为70min,提取温度为70℃的工艺使滁菊中多糖与黄酮的联合提取的提取率最高,多糖含量达56.03mg/g,黄酮含量达4.82mg/g。设计滁菊多糖年产量为10000kg、黄酮年产量为850kg的工厂,并对厂区平面图、车间平面图、带控制点的工艺流程图、关键设备图以及车间水电走向图进行绘制,对生产原辅料的用量、水电用量进行合理估算,选取合适的生产设备型号,对其可行性进行分析从而确定该设计项目合理合规。

Study on extraction technology and workshop design of chuju polysaccharides and flavonoids
Abstract: In order to extract the active substances from chuchu chrysanthemum efficiently, the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides and flavonoids from chuchu chrysanthemum was carried out. The concentration, extraction time and extraction temperature were selected as the influencing factors to optimize the extraction process of chuju polysaccharides and flavonoids. The results show that the material liquid concentration is 0.05 g/ml, the extraction time was 70 min, technology in the extraction temperature is 70 ℃ in the chuhe chrysanthemum joint extraction polysaccharides and flavonoids extraction yield the highest, polysaccharide content is up to 56.03 mg/g, yellow ketone content up to 4.82 mg/g. Design of chrysanthemum of chuhe polysaccharide annual output is 10000 kg, flavonoids, the annual output is 850 kg of factories, and the factory layout, workshop floor plan, take the control points of process flow diagram, key equipment and hydropower to the figure of the plant for mapping, for the production of raw materials, the dosage of water and electricity consumption reasonable estimation, select the appropriate production equipment models, analyzes the feasibility to determine the design project is reasonable compliance.
