层次分析法在高校奖学金评定中的应用

高校奖学金对学生意义重大，其评定的合理性也至关重要，而奖学金评定指标众多，且对于评定结果的影响程度尽不相同。奖学金评定的目标系统层次明确，但其目标值难以定量描述，层次分析法则适用于此种情况。本文以滁州学院数学与金融学院2016-2017学年综合测评成绩为案例分析。通过建立以科学文化素质，思想道德素质，身心健康素质为一级指标的指标体系，采用1-9标度法建立判断矩阵，并通过成对比较法确定各个指标权重，为高校奖学金评定提供合理的科学依据。文章第一部分介绍层次分析法成立的背景以及研究现状；第二部分是构建模型并确定各指标权重。第三部分则是通过以实例成绩加权计算得出结果，对结果进行对比分析；第四部分为总结阐述层次分析法在奖学金评定中的应用。

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Evaluation of University Scholarships

Abstract: Scholarships in colleges and universities are of great significance to students, and the rationality of their assessment is also crucial. Scholarship evaluation indicators are numerous, and the degree of influence on the assessment results is different. The target system level of scholarship assessment is clear, but its target value is difficult to describe quantitatively. The analytic hierarchy rule applies to this situation. This paper takes the comprehensive evaluation results of the 2016-2017 school year of the School of Mathematics and Finance of Chuzhou University as a case study. By establishing an index system with scientific and cultural quality, ideological and moral quality, and physical and mental health quality as the first-level indicators, the judgment matrix is established by the 1-9 scale method, and the weights of each index are determined by the pairwise comparison method, which provides reasonable evaluation for the scholarship evaluation of colleges and universities. Scientific basis. The first part of the article introduces the background and research status of the AHP. The second part is to build the model and determine the weight of each indicator. The third part is to compare the results by weighting the results of the example results. The fourth part is to summarize the application of AHP in the evaluation of scholarships.
