浅析互联网时代的网络暴力

伴随着时代科技的进步网络世界的飞快发展，我们的生活不断的在发生着天翻地覆的改变，而随着网络给人民，给社会带来这着巨大的便利的同时，随着网络的发展，伴随这网络的成长也同样的出现了很多网络带来的弊端，而其中最为严重的一种就是网络暴力，这种网络暴力的现象现在正在全球范围内不断的蔓延，它已经成为了一个十分严重的全球化的问题。近年来，我国互联网上的暴力已经渗透到人们的实际生活中，如“潘长江微博事件”、“历史上最毒辣的继母”以及“丁锦浩”等。这是一个网络，创建了一个虚拟的暴力，但它确实发生在现实世界中，我们生活在一个先进的文明的时代。但网络暴力现象却严重影响着我们平静的正常生活秩序，随着人肉搜索的兴起以及网络泄漏个人信息，不法分子利用个人隐身所实施的一系列违法行为的发生，解决暴力的事件不再是一个简单的问题而是解决社会问题的迫切需要的法律手段。有多少人可能会深深卷入其中。又有多少人能在这种网络暴力下能够全身而退呢？而如何发扬正能量使得网络世界更好的为社会，为人民去服务，如何去防治网络暴力的发生，以及如何去永运法律的角度去惩治网络暴力的行为，同样的是我们目前首要的任务。

With the rapid development of science and technology in the era, our life is constantly undergoing earth-shaking changes, and with the network to the people, bringing great convenience to society at the same time, with the development of the network, along with the growth of the network, there are also many disadvantages brought about by the network, and the most serious one is network violence, which is the most serious one. The phenomenon of cyber violence is spreading all over the world. It has become a very serious problem of globalization. In recent years, violence on the Internet has penetrated into people's real life, such as "Pan Changjiang Weibo incident", "the most vicious stepmother in history" and "Ding Jinhao". It's a network that creates a virtual violence, but it does happen in the real world, and we live in an era of advanced civilization. However, the phenomenon of cyber violence has seriously affected our calm and normal life order. With the rise of human flesh search and the leakage of personal information on the Internet, a series of illegal acts committed by illegal elements using personal invisibility occur. Resolving the violence is no longer a simple problem, but an urgent legal means to solve social problems. How many people may be deeply involved in it? How many people are able to withdrew from this kind of cyberviolence? Others are hell. They can make you live better than die. How to carry forward the positive energy to make the network world better serve the society and people, how to prevent and control the occurrence of cyber violence, and how to punish cyber violence from the perspective of perpetual transportation law, are also our primary tasks at present.
