金融风暴如潮水般涌向世界各个角落。
在承受金融危机压力的同时，各方面都在积极探索这次危机产生原因和影响。在这场危机中，公允价值计量备受质疑，因此，如何衡量公允价值计量，以及采取什么样的态度去对待公允价值，便成为一个不可回避的问题。本文的主要目的在于探索是否公允价值计量是金融危机的罪魁祸首，是否公允价值计量仍然适应当今的经济环境。论文的另一个着重点在于探讨公允价值计量的改进问题。论文中还对公允价值计量在我国的发展提出自己的看法。

Abstract
The financial crisis flooded in every corner of the world. While bearding the pressure of financial crisis， the various aspects make a thorough inquiry on the causes and effects of the crisis. In this crisis， fair value measurement received great controversial， how to measure fair value measurement and take which attitude to treat fair value becomes unavoidable problem. The aim of our article is to search whether the fair value measurement is culprit of financial crisis， whether the fair value measurement still matches its economic environment or not. The other thesis focuses on researching the performance problem of fair value measurement. The thesis also puts forward its own views on fair value measurement in the development of our country.
