经济全球化是当今世界发展的主流，也是必然的趋势。
在国际经济舞台中，投资者们面临着巨大的金融风险，这时，便要寻求回避风险、分散风险的渠道和手段。金融衍生产品作为金融领域中一种新兴的工具，能让投资者达到避险保值的目的。
从世界来看中国，我国要与世界经济接轨，那么最大的前提就是要完善我们的金融市场，金融衍生品市场作为最有活力的金融市场在我国却仍没有成为一个真正规范完善的市场。
“双刃剑”这一普遍在事物中存在的特性告诉我们，如何运用金融衍生产品，认识金融衍生产品带来的风险，以及研究如何对这些风险进行管理防范,将是我们目前乃至未来的一个重要课题。

ABSTRACT
The economic globalization is the main trend of the world’s development nowadays. It is also an inevitable trend. In the international economic stage, the investors have to face big financial risks, so they want to look for an effective tool to avoid risk and disperse risk. The derivative as a kind of newly arisen tool in the financial realm, can let the investor to avoid risk with the purpose to maintain their asset value.
As China needs to keep pace with the world economy, the most premise is to perfect the financial market. The derivative market acting as the most vigorous financial market is still in a trial stage in our country far away from a formal and perfect one.
"One thing have two sides" the old saying tells us a fact, how to use those derivatives, have a deep understanding the risks that the derivatives may bring about, and how to keep away these risks will be an important topic in current and future period.
