商务环境下称呼语的语用功能和特点------以《学徒》为例

称呼语在商务活动中发挥着重大的作用。作为商务交往不可缺少的一部分，称呼语是传递给听话人的第一信息，它可以帮助谈话人建立、维持人际关系，确保商务活动的顺利进行。本文基于从真人秀节目《学徒》中收集到的例子，从语用学言语行为的角度探讨了商务活动中称呼语的作用，具体来说，包括人际交往功能和“以言行事”功能两个方面。为了实现这些功能，商务文本中的称呼语呈现出其自身的特征。本文将言语行为理论、方法与商务环境下称呼语的研究结合起来，揭示商务环境下称呼语的特征，探究其背后的“以言行事”和人际交往的功能，帮助我们以后在商务活动中，能够做正确使用称呼语，达到交际目的。

Pragmatic Functions and Features of Address Form in Business Contexts:
   Taking The Apprentice for example    
  Abstract
     Address form plays a vital role in business activities. As an indispensable part in business communication, address form constitutes the first piece of information transmitted to the addressees. It can help the interlocutors to build and maintain their interpersonal relationship and guarantee the success of business communication. The dissertation studies the address form using in business contexts based on the data collected from The Apprentice-a business reality show in America. Generally speaking, this paper discusses the functions of business address form using from the perspective of pragmatics-Speech Act Theory. To be specific, this paper outlines the functions carried out by address form in two aspects: interpersonal function and illocutionary function. In order to fulfill these functions, address form using in business contexts presents its own unique features. On the basis of Speech Act Theory, the paper expects to find out the characteristics of address form in business circumstances and get a better understanding of the interpersonal function, illocutionary function of it, which provides help for the accurate use of address form in business and for achieving communicative purposes.
