中国改革开放以来，企业的公司制改造取得较大进展，股份公司从无到有、从少到多，发展迅速，
目前上市公司已增加到一千多家，股份制经济在中国得到长足发展，但是我们仍然可以看到由于股权结构不合理导致的上市公司治理结构不规范，治理效率低下。因此，如何建立有效的股权结构，以提高公司绩效是亟待解决的重大问题。中国石油上市公司作为传统的国有企业,具有典型的国有企业的企业特征,其上市公司的股权通常具有股权过度集中和国有股一股独大等不良现象。因此本文旨在通过我国石油企业的实证分析，研究股权结构和企业业绩之间的关系。本文将以我国石油上市公司为样本，采用相关分析和实证分析的方法来研究股权结构对企业业绩的影响。
我国石油上市公司作为传统的国有企业，具有国有企业典型的企业特征，以其股权结构和公司业绩作为分析，不仅对我国石油企业更对国有上市企业的公司治理提出合理以期做出合理调整。

Abstract
Since China's reform and opening up, the enterprises have achieved substantial progress in corporate restructuring and joint stock companies experienced a rapid development. Up to now, the number of existing listed companies has increased to more than 1000 and joint-stock economy in China has made rapid progress. However, we can still find the equity structure caused by an irrational governance structure of listed companies is not standardized, and governance is inefficient. Therefore, how to establish an effective shareholding structure in order to improve corporate performance is a major problem demanding prompt solution. This article aims to analyze the relationship of shareholding structure and corporate performance of China Petroleum through the empirical analysis. I will firstly summarize and analyze the basic theory of the ownership structure and corporate performance, and then use coefficient regression and empirical analysis methods by Petroleum listed companies of China as samples to study the ownership structure and corporate performance.
Petroleum listed companies of China as a traditional state-owned enterprises, with the enterprise features of a typical state-owned enterprises, analysis of its ownership structure and corporate performance will be conducive to China's state-owned oil companies as well as corporate governance in listed companies to make reasonable adjustments.
