本文在回顾有效市场理论的基础上，
对针对各个类型的有效市场的实证检验方法进行理论分析和研究，找出了现有检验方法的不足；并对质疑市场有效性的理论进行了较全面地分析，同样也发现了其实证能力的不足。通过分析，本文旨在说明对有效市场理论进行实证检验无法找到合适方法的深层次原因，即市场有效性是不可检验的这一观点。

ABSTRACT
In reviewing this paper, the theory of efficient markets on the basis of the effective against all types of market Positive Test methods of theoretical analysis and research to identify the shortcomings of existing test methods; market and questioned the validity of the theory of a more comprehensive manner analysis also found that the fact permit capacity deficiencies. Through analysis, this paper seeks to clarify that the efficient market theory of empirical testing unable to find suitable method of deep-seated reasons that the market is not testing the validity of this view.
