M电视节目制作实习生流动率过高的调查与分析

【摘要】

M电视节目制作实习生流动率过高的调查与分析在我国,各电视综艺节目制作人员的平均年龄基本在30岁以下,行业内容的频繁变换和短期热点的快速更替导致专业人员短缺,甚至于更换团队。各个团队招募实习生来填补岗位空缺,但是也会由于团队招聘管理体系不健全、实习生自我认知不足等原因导致团队的流动率过高,带来较多负面影响。通过对M电视节目制作实习生的问卷调查和深度访谈发现导致实习生流动率过高的原因主要有团队凝聚力低、薪酬制度不合理、团队内晋升空间小、实习生缺乏自我规划并且自我认识不清。据此,可以从团队与实习生个人两方面提出有利于改善M电视节目制作实习生流动率过高现状的建设性意见。

Abstract
In China, the average age of all TV variety show production personnel is basically under 30 years old. Frequent changes of industry contents and rapid replacement of short-term hot spots lead to a shortage of professional personnel and even a change of team. Various teams recruit interns to fill job vacancies. However, due to the unsound team recruitment management system and insufficient self-recognition of interns, the team turnover rate is too high, which brings more negative effects. Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of M TV program production interns, it is found that the main reasons for the high intern turnover rate are low team cohesion, unreasonable salary system, small promotion space within the team, interns' lack of self-planning and unclear self-understanding. Therefore, constructive Suggestions can be put forward from both the team and the interns to improve the current situation that the intern turnover rate of M television program production is too high.
