文化视角下的汉语谚语英译策略
作为全世界民族的语言瑰宝，谚语是一个民族语言和文化的精华，展现了民族文化独特的魅力。随着世界经济全球化趋势的不断发展，世界各国交流日益频繁，因此谚语的翻译在文化交流中显得尤其重要。但是，由于中西方文化的差异，造成了谚语在翻译上的表达和寓意有所不同。所以，本文采用文献阅读的方法，从文化视角出发，分别在表层文化和深层文化两个层面下提出直译、意译、归化、异化翻译策略来研究汉语谚语英译。当然，在翻译汉语谚语的过程中，译者一定要根据谚语的内容形式和语言特点灵活的选择翻译方法。

A Study on the Strategies of English Translation of Chinese Proverbs from the Cultural Perspective
Abstract:
As the language treasure of the nations all over the world, proverbs are the essence of a national language and culture, and show the unique charm of national culture. With the continuous development of the globalization of the world economy, the exchanges among different countries in the world are increasingly frequent. Therefore, the translation of proverbs is particularly important in cultural exchanges. However, because of the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, the expression and meaning of proverbs in translation are different. Therefore, this article adopts the method of literature reading, and proposes literal translation, free translation, domestication and foreignization translation methods to study English translation of Chinese proverbs in both surface culture and deep culture. Of course, translators must select translation methods flexibly according to the content and language features of proverbs in the process of translating Chinese proverbs.
