后疫情时期邹城市居民体育锻炼的现状与对策研究 在后疫情时期结合邹城市居民体育锻炼现状，本文以看庄镇、香城镇、中心店镇、峄山镇、大束镇五个镇的居民的体育锻炼现状为研究对象，采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等多种研究方法得出了: 邹城市居民体育锻炼参与程度低，居民体育锻炼观念淡薄; 体育锻炼缺乏指导管理; 工作压力大，生活节奏快; 现有体育场地设施使用率低等结论。提出了: 要加强宣传，提升居民体育锻炼认知; 建立企业、职工体育文化; 加强体育设施监管，建立公共体育资源共享机制; 建立专业体育活动指导队伍等建议。希望本课题的研究能够在后疫情时期发挥作用，让邹城市的居民认识到体育锻炼的作用，丰富邹城市居民体育文化内容，为后疫情时期其他城市的居民体育研究和发展提供一定的参考。 关键词:后疫情;邹城市;体育锻炼;对策 Research on the current situation and Countermeasures of physical exercise of residents in Zoucheng City in the post epidemic period Abstract In the post epidemic period, combined with the current situation of residents' physical exercise in Zoucheng City, this paper takes the current situation of residents' physical exercise in five towns of kanzhuang Town, Xiangcheng Town, Zhongxindian Town, Yishan town and Dashu town as the research object, and uses a variety of research methods, such as questionnaire survey, literature review, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, to draw the conclusion that the residents' participation in physical exercise in Zoucheng City is low, The residents' concept of physical exercise is weak; Lack of guidance and management of physical exercise; Work pressure, fast pace of life; Conclusion: the utilization rate of existing sports facilities is low. Put forward: to strengthen publicity, enhance residents' awareness of physical exercise; Establish enterprise and staff sports culture; Strengthen the supervision of sports facilities and establish the sharing mechanism of public sports resources; It is suggested to establish a professional sports guidance team. I hope this research can play a role in the post epidemic period, let the residents of Zoucheng realize the role of physical exercise, enrich the sports culture content of Zoucheng residents, and provide some reference for the research and development of residents' Sports in other cities in the post epidemic period.
