旅游业对连锁餐饮行业影响因素分析 21世纪以来,我国经济实现了稳步增长,餐饮企业作为持续的朝阳产业,越发步入了黄金时代,特别是连锁餐饮业为品牌代表,表现出十倍的增长趋势,其中经济结构调整,人们思想观念的改变,促进了旅游业的快速发展,成为连锁餐饮行业的重要支柱及业绩来源。本文将采用计量经济学相关知识,通过相关文献调研,根据经济理论选取五个旅游业相关变量,来研究旅游业对连锁餐饮的影响。利用EVIEWS软件建模处理,对模型进行一系列检验并修正,更直观的解释各个变量如何影响连锁餐饮行业。 关键词:旅游业,连锁餐饮,计量经济建模,EVIEWS Analysis of the influence factors of tourism on chain catering industry ABSTRACT Since 21st century, has realized the steady growth of Chinese economy, catering enterprises as a sunrise industry, more and more into the golden age, especially chain catering industry for brand representative, ten times showed growth trend, the economic structure adjustment, the concept of change, not to advance the rapid development of the tourism industry, became the important pillar of chain restaurant industry sources and performance. In this paper, based on relevant knowledge of econometric and literature research, five variables related to tourism are selected according to economic theories to study the influencing factors of chain restaurants. EVIEWS software is used for modeling processing, a series of tests and corrections are made to the model, and how each factor affects the chain catering industry is explained more intuitively.
