旅游业应对疫情的危机管理

一年来新冠流行的到来可以说是对观光业的冲击。那么在以后要是再发生了类似的事件旅游业到底应该如何去应对这些事情。本文章在分析了国内为学者所发表的文章给之后总结出了疫情对旅游业上中下游三个产业的影响,并且把非典与新冠做了对比,之后根据这些影响总结了一些应对疫情的带来危机的处理方法,在几个个方面对危机管理方法做出了总结。希望可以在之后为旅游业的发展做足准备,再遇到疫情之后能够不受或者少受疫情的影响以及受到影响之后该如何去让发展快速回暖。

Crisis Management of tourism in response to epidemic situation
ABSTRACT
One year after the arrival of COVID-19, the impact on tourism can be said to be obvious. So what should the tourism industry do in the future if this happens again? This article in analyzes the domestic scholars have published articles to summarized after the outbreak of the influence of tourism on the middle and lower reaches of the three industries, and contrasted the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and the new champions league, according to these effects after summarizes some response to the outbreak of the methods of dealing with the crisis, in several aspects has made the summary of crisis management method. I hope that I can make sufficient preparations for the development of tourism in the future, and that I can avoid or be less affected by the epidemic when I encounter the epidemic, and how to make the development recover quickly after I am affected.
