大数据背景下基层政府行政管理
近几年来，随着全面小康社会的不断落实，以方便快捷、体系完善、高效实施为特点的新一代信息基础设施以一种惊人的速度向前进步，给基层政府进一步的拓展带来了巨大的优势。网络信息技术在行政办公领域的应用占据了极大比重，也给我国基层政府行政管理工作的实行带来了巨大收益，创新出新时代大数据技术和行政管理领域的综合运用，完善了基层政府部门决策办事的管理方法，确保管理机构开展工作的效率取得巨大进步。本文对大数据时代下的信息整合技术与行政管理工作范围的概念展开研讨，首先引入大数据技术的相关概念，其次论述了基层政府行政管理部门存在的问题;再次阐明了大数据技术在基层政府行政管理工作中的应用价值;最后提出了在大数据时代基层政府对于行政管理工作问题的解决方法。

Research on the administration of grass roots government under the background of big data
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the continuous implementation of a well-off society in an all-round way, the new generation of information infrastructure characterized by convenience, rapid, perfect system and efficient implementation has made great progress at a remarkable speed, which has brought great advantages to the further development of grass-roots government. The application of network information technology in the field of administrative office occupies a great proportion, and also brings great benefits to the implementation of the administrative management of grass-roots government in China. It has innovated the comprehensive application of big data technology and administrative management in the new era, improved the management method of decision-making and office affairs of grass-roots government departments, and ensured the great progress of the efficiency of the management organization. This paper discusses the concept of information integration technology and administrative management scope in the era of big data. Firstly, it introduces the related concepts of big data technology, then discusses the problems existing in the office of the administrative departments of grass-roots government, and expounds the application value of big data technology in the grass-roots government administration; Finally, the paper puts forward the solution to the administrative management problems of the grass-roots government in the era of big data.
