农村宅基地地籍测量近些年，地籍测量随着经济社会的迅速发展也逐步发展起来，进行农村宅基地地籍测量能够有效地对农村土地进行严格的管理，促进农村持续健康的发展，依法保护农民所享有的土地，进一步推动农村的发展。 本文主要是针对农村宅基地地籍测量的内容进行研究，第一部分主要交代了研究背景，研究意义，以及国内外研究现状；第二部分主要针对农村宅基地地籍测量的理论部分进行概述，主要讲述地籍测量的内容和特点；第三部分是介绍了地籍测量过程中所应用到的方法GPS-RTK技术以及它的基本原理；第四部分就是以中阳县为例，结合GPS-RTK技术，用它的实时动态测量以及全天候作业对其进行地籍测量，最后绘制出地籍图；第五部分就是对本论文所用到的知识点进行总结。 关键词：农村宅基地；地籍测量；GPS-RTK技术；权属调查 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, cadastral survey has gradually developed. Rural Homestead cadastral survey can effectively manage the rural land strictly, promote the sustainable and healthy development of rural areas, protect the land enjoyed by farmers according to law, and further promote the development of rural areas. This paper mainly studies the content of rural homestead cadastral survey. The first part mainly describes the research background, research significance, and research status at home and abroad; The second part mainly summarizes the theory of rural homestead cadastral survey, mainly describes the content and characteristics of cadastral survey; The third part introduces the GPS-RTK technology and its basic principle in the process of cadastral survey; The fourth part is taking Zhongyang County as an example, combining with GPS-RTK technology, using its real-time dynamic measurement and all-weather operation to carry out cadastral survey, and finally drawing the cadastral map; The fifth part is to summarize the knowledge points used in this paper.
