顺丰速运股权激励问题
随着我国经济快速发展,快递行业证券化脚步也在加快,主要的民营快递行业未来将借助股权激励的制度的不断完善,充分发挥自身的优势吸引人才,同时前列的民营快递企业间的市场份额相差较小,这种竞争带来的挑战不仅停留在产品上更使得企业越来越注重人才的重要性,股权激励已经成为企业发展、提升管理的必需品,顺丰控股股份有限公司为了留住核心人才,保持主营业务的头部效应分别在2017年和2018年,采取股票增发的方式,对核心岗位的员工分别授予了两期限制性股票。但这两期的股权激励方案的实施效果却不尽人意,公司业绩和员工的满意度等出现了一定程度的下滑。
本文以顺丰物流作为分析对象,在文献和公司资料的基础上,采用对比分析法和文献分析法分析顺丰速运核心员工股权激励的内容,存在的问题及其原因。首先,介绍股权激励的形式和相关理论,简述顺丰速运企业的基本情况;其次,对顺丰速运的股权激励方案进行分析;再次,通过横向比较分析法分析顺丰速运的实施效果;最后,为顺丰速运有限公司带来人才的大量聚集以及管理人才,实现高效创新提供合理的解决方法。

Abstract
With the development of economy in our country, the pace of securitization of express delivery industry is also speeding up. In the future, the main private express industry will give full play to its own advantages to attract talents with the help of the continuous improvement of equity incentive system. At the same time, the market share difference among the front-line private express enterprises is relatively small. The challenges brought by this competition not only stay in the products, but also make enterprises pay more and more attention to the importance of talents. Equity incentive has become a necessity for enterprise development and management. In order to retain core talents and maintain the head effect of its main business in 2017 and 2018, two periods of restricted stock were granted to employees in core positions by the way of additional stock issuance. However, the effect of these two equity schemes is not satisfactory, the performance of the company and employee satisfaction have declined to a certain extent.
This article takes Shunfeng Logistics as the analysis object, on the basis of the literature and the company data, uses the comparative analysis method and the literature analysis method to analyze the content, the existing problem and the reason of Shunfeng express transportation core staff equity incentive. First of all, introduce the form and related theory of equity incentive, briefly describe the basic situation of Shunfeng express transportation enterprises; secondly, analyze the equity incentive scheme of Shunfeng express transportation, thirdly, analyze the implementation effect of Shunfeng express transportation through horizontal comparative analysis method; finally, provide a reasonable solution for Shunfeng express transportation co., Ltd to bring a large number of talents and management talents, and achieve efficient innovation.
